How do you describe your wedding photography style?
I would describe our style as a combination of the classical elegance of the past and a unique, modern photojournalistic style.
Why do you think people hire you to photograph your wedding?
I believe there are three main reasons why people hire us. For one, our style is modern and unique. Secondly, our equipment and your finished product is of the highest quality. Lastly, and just as equally important, our personalities and our presence at your wedding.
Do you have backup camera equipment?
We have a backup for every piece of equipment and unless otherwise specified, we also always have two photographers to be sure no moment is missed and no part of the day is lost.
Do I get paper proofs or web proofing for my wedding photos?
All of our packages come with high quality paper proofs and on-line proofing. You may choose to only view them on-line if you wish.
How do I need to pay you?
Our payment plan is simple, you pay half of the package price up front to secure your day, and the remaining balance is split up into whatever payment schedule you choose. We only ask that all payments have been made before the wedding day.
Have you ever had a completely dissatisfied wedding client?
Never, and we intend to work as hard as we can towards continuing that reputation.
Do you mind if my guests take pictures during my wedding day too?
The only time that we ask the family members and guests to step aside is during the formal portraits. We simply ask that everyone wait until we have taken our shots before they step in to insure the quality of our portraits as well as keep them moving smoothly. We find that it is generally a tight time-frame in between the ceremony and reception and we want to make it as stress free as possible for the bride and groom.
What if I want you for more time, but I can’t afford your next most expensive package?
We are very flexible with our packages, we enjoy and prefer to be at the wedding as long as possible to capture the entire day. There is always the option to substitute time for another part of a package that you may not find as important. We will do whatever we can to customize our packages to your preferences.
Do I have to pre-order my wedding album when I choose a package?
It is not necessary to order your album at the time your choose your package. However, it is only possible for us to give the discounted prices if it is ordered in combination with a package.
Will you be the actual photographer at my wedding?
In an effort to maintain the highest quality, one or both of the owners of Tellier Studios will be the photographer(s) at your wedding.
